Exterior Landscape Design

Kelce & Pedley Designs, St. Louis landscape designers, offers two plans for your exterior home or business landscape design online. Whichever plan you choose, our landscape design plans online services include online and phone consultation.

For more information about fees for each plan, please complete the Design Request form and send it to us. You will, then, be taken to the Instructions page which explains the information we need in order to provide a design quote. There is also a $50.00 preliminary analysis fee which will be credited to your account if you decide to permit Kelce & Pedley Designs to prepare your landscape design plans. When we receive this information, we will be in contact with you within 72 hours and will send you a formal exterior landscape design plans quote as quickly as possible. Upon agreement to the terms and payment of 50% of the design fee, Kelce & Pedley will create your landscape design plans. Please note that, depending upon how complex your landscape design request is, the initial analysis may take a week or more.

rendering of exterior landscape design plans including:
- complete, labeled description of all bed and border plantings
- complete, labeled descriptions of all container plantings and placements
- detailed drawings of all hardscapes, including decks, patios, walkways, structures
- detailed plans for landscape irrigation and lighting
- detailed placement list of suggested garden decor
- delivery and installation by Kelce & Pedley Designs or it's contractor of all materials, hardscape and decor for your exterior landscape design

rendering of exterior landscape design plans including:
- complete, labeled description of all bed and border plantings
- complete, labeled descriptions of all container plantings and placements
- detailed drawings of all hardscapes, including decks, patios, walkways, structures
- detailed plans for landscape irrigation and lighting
- detailed placement list of suggested garden decor
- directions for other contractor or do-it-yourself landscape design installation

a conditional warrantee on all plant and materials (excluding cut flowers) supplied by Kelce & Pedley.
